Well I have done my first weigh in..
I am officially 99kg or 218 pounds.
My goal weight is 79kg so I have 20 to lose.
Today will start the day with my regime that got me to 79 last time.. at least 1hr of exercise everyday and diet - no carbs or sugar.
I will be walking to and from work each day from now. I will change at work :)
Wish me luck... I'm going to miss all my delicious food.
