My 2 week weigh in has arrived...
since i started I have lost 2kg which is 4.4 pounds :)
I am happy with this result as I am already feeling a bit better... I need to keep going though...
I should join a gym.. but i don't wanna go too hard too fast... cos that might get me saggy skin... and thats gross..
not that i have stretch marks or anything or that i am obese... but i dont wanna push my luck :D
